The Great Beginnings for the Black Babies Fatherhood Initiative hosted an event concerned with the staggering statistics of black men in prison. Panelists discussed a wide-range of issues that contribute to these statistics from the beginning of a childs life and provided insight on how the community can take action. Liz Warden, with assistance from Camiella Abou-Odah, sums up the long and thought-provoking discussion.
