Farmers' Markets Food Vouchers

In 1992, Congress amended the child nutrition act to provide low income mothers with vouchers for free fruits and vegetables at farmers markets. But critics of the program say the annual funding is too small to make a real difference in poor families' eating habits. Jenny Lauren Lee reports.
