Dutch Photographer Toen Voeten Discusses New York's Tunnel People

Los Angeles isn't the only city that deals with homeless problems. In the nineteen-nineties new york city had transients living in its abandoned subway tunnels. Dutch photographer Teun Voeten studied and lived with these underground dwellers for five months and now he's written a book about it called Tunnel People.
