One of the major issues of the 2008 election is illegal immigration. Trapped within the debate are thousands of high school and college age, undocumented immigrants... who want a chance at higher education, but can't afford it. State Senator Gil Cedillo has tried and failed twice to pass legislation that would help some of these students get financial aid. One young man is hoping his third try will be the charm. Sam Farber has the story.
