Crenshaw High School Fills Budget Gaps

In the Los Angeles Unified School District, 8,400 teacher layoffs are on the horizon. Californias budget deficit has left a shortfall of $700 million. But before the pencils are down to a nub, a group of teachers at Crenshaw High School is reaching out to community groups for help filling the gaps left by the government.
