Councilwoman Jan Perry is in Washington D.C. at the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) Gala to receive the 2010 National Environment Award for the Wetlands projects in South LA. She got the award for a new wetland park that is being constructed five miles south of Downtown.
