Confusion and Outrage Spread Over Homeless Count Results

The Department of Housing and Urban Development requires LA County to count its homeless population every two years. Well the numbers are in, and it seems homelessness is way down. But that has come as a shock to homeless activists who have seen increased demand for their services during the recession. The report has left services providers confused, some are outraged. Now many of them are saying the new homeless count just does not add up. Timothy Beck Werth has more.
