Civil rights activists gathered today to call for an action plan
Against what they say is Torrance police department's systematic
racial profiling. They are demanding a full justice department probe into Torrance police practices after the city of Torrance has repeatedly failed to acknowledge the ongoing issue they raised over three weeks ago. Amina Karam has the story.
