One year after the Don't Dump on LA campaign launched, city officials note that the illegal trash dumping has been down by almost half. The program targets major areas in Los Angeles and Wilmington that need a desperate cleanup. CJ Dablo talks to residents of two target neighborhoods who have noticed a drop in the number of sofas, mattresses and even dead dogs that used to litter their street.
