With the Los Angeles City Primary elections next Tuesday, Annenberg Radio News took a closer look at some of the races and issues that are in the balance. giving in-depth analysis of the City Controllers Race and why the mayoral primary should be a run away for Mayor Villaragosa. In order to help L.A.s citizens navigate tuesdays elections, Jonathan Horn spoke to the Pat Brown Institute of Public Affairs executive director Jaime Regalado. Jonathan started by asking him why the city is only expecting an 18 percent voter turnout.
