Next Tuesday Los Angeles residents will go to the polls to choose candidates for Los Angeles city government. The campaign to become the citys next controller is one of the few competitive races on the ballot. Richie Duchon spoke to City Controller Laura Chick about the issues that will face the citys next financial watchdog.
