The 2nd district seat of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is up for grabs in next week's election. The district has 2.5 million residents, stretching west to include parts of Marina Del Rey and to the south past Carson. Hannah Kim reports on what two very different cities, Lynwood and Culver City, want from their supervisor.
