Republican candidate Carly Fiorina speaks at roundtable discussion about her plans to take over Senator Barbara Boxer's seat and what she will do with it as senator.

The Obama administration has had a perpetual slogan for change, and Senate hopeful Carly Fiorina wants change too.
But in the other direction.
The republican candidate spoke with small business owners at the Rogers Poultry office building for this morning's round table conference.
Fiorina outlined her ideas for future economic and social policy for California and the US.

Fiorina stressed cutting spending as the only way to amend the current budget and unemployment crises.

The mostly liberal Massachusetts voters elected Republican Scott Brown to Senate last month. Fiorina hopes liberal Californians can do the same for her.

Fiorina says that Califonians are outraged by the state's economy and policy.
She says they are looking for a different view to keep them afloat.
In Fiorina's view, federal jobs and small businesses will help California build itself back up.
The election will take place on November 2 of this year.
