Cal State University cuts could impact South L.A. more

With the economic crisis and California facing huge budget shortfalls, the Cal State University system has announced it will cap its admissions for the first time. Community Asset Development Re-defining Education, or CADRE, is an organization that advocates for parent and student rights in South Los Angeles schools. Rob McGowan, the group's senior community organizer, spoke with Tuesday host Brian Frank about how the cuts might affect students in this community.
