Bernard Parks on L.A. county issues, county supervisors race

Bernard Parks has gone from Los Angeles Police chief to city councilman, and now he's got his sight set on the second seat of the L.A. County Board of Supervisors. The current supervisor in the second district, Yvonne Burke, has endorsed Parks as her successor, but the contest against California Senator Mark Ridley-Thomas has been close and at times controversial. Tuesday host Brian Frank talks to Parks about the campaign and says health care and the economy are currently the county's top concerns.
