Advocates for recreational marijuana are celebrating a victory in Mexico.  The Mexican Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that members of an activist group can grow and distribute marijuana for personal use. The ruling could have far-reaching effects on both sides of the border. Neha Wedaker reports on the story.
