Why aren't there more women in the director's chair?

The federal government is taking action against the lack of women directors in Hollywood. Soon, the female directors will begin assisting the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in forming an action plan against gender discrimination in the film and television industry. The USC Annenberg Media, Diversity, and Social Change Initiative recently released a report on the the gender culture of the film industry. 

Reporter Sameera Jordan spoke with the authors of the study about the implications of their findings.
