The Hot Seat: Journalist And Professor Atul Singh (Video)

Atul Singh, the founder, CEO and editor-in-chief of Fair Observer, Skyped into The Hot Seat to discuss the current state of some of the major events happening around the world. Singh, who is also a political econonmy professor, not only gave his point of view, but he explained what some of Fair Observer's volunteer reporters were writing about the issues.

Singh discussed the various situations in the Middle East - the U.S.-Iran nuclear deal, the Islamic state and Russian involvement in Syria. He also talked about the unique role Saudi Arabia plays in the United States' international relations.

The professor also talked about money in the 2016 election, which he called "a circus," and he said so many people from all over the world have gotten involved. He also explained why the hype surrounding the election of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Singh, who is orginally from India, said Modi has not accomplished anything significant.
