Pro marijuana groups in California prepare for 2016

While the legalization of marijuana failed to make the 2014 ballot in California, pro marijuana groups will continue to collaborate and reform in preparation for the 2016 elections. Their opponents are also ralllying in hope of keeping the drug from becoming legal, as it already has in 4 other states. However, Director for Americans for Policy Reform, John Lee sees the momentum building and says that with changes to the language of the proposition, fundraising efforts and coalition building, legalization could be a success in California.
