Since the 1970s, Attorney Brian Campbell (pictured) has represented many minority clients involved in cases of racial profiling by law enforcement. Campbell finds that white privilege is more present today than ever before with Ferguson, Missouri being an example of what he calls a 'failed state.' Campbell teamed with private investigator Mike Madigan to conduct investigations on the California Highway Patrol and discriminatory practices of law enforcement. They found that police officers utilize similar tactics for minorities in motor vehicles. They also found that these police officers had been trained to do so. Listen in for more.
