President Clinton, Mayor Garcetti discuss the future of city infrastructure

President Bill Clinton visited Los Angeles City Hall Thursday to raise support for building resilient, sustainable infrastructure. Clinton says more investments in infrastructure projects would boost the job market and help the environment. Garcetti, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and others joined a panel with Clinton to discuss these issues.
