NBA commissioner passes ruling on Don Sterling

On the heels of Donald Sterling's alleged racist comments coming to light this weekend, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver brought the hammer down on the Clippers' owner today.

Silver imposed a lifetime ban on Sterling, barring him from attending any Clippers games, practices, team functions, and making franchise decisions.
