Former California governors push for death penalty reform

Three former governers met in downtown Los Angeles Thursday to announce their support for a proposed measure to reform the state death penalty.
The initiative plans to make the criminal appeals process more efficient.
If it gathers enough support, California voters could see it on the ballot at this year's November election.
