Donald "Don" Wolfensberger, a senior scholar for the Wilson Center's Congress Project, called into The Hot Seat on Friday to talk about Congress, including the current partisanship, Congress' to-do list and specific members of both chambers.

Wolfensberger is the first guest of 2014 and there are a lot of great guests planned for the semester. Starting at the end of March, candidates for various offices will call into The Hot Seat.
