The cost of tuition was driving Emily Weiss up the walls. So she decided to do something about it. In between joints and swallows of NyQuil, she painted them.

Weiss, a sophomore at USC studying visual art, created a mural in her home celebrating rapper Juicy J. The musician's currently offering a $50,000 scholarship to promote his soon-to-be-released album, "Stay Trippy."

ARN reporter Kay Angrum spoke to Weiss about the challenges facing students in debt, using creativity to combat a legion of bootyshaking competitors and the fine art of portraying "blunts, dollar bills, strippers, the poles and the money."

According to World Star Hiphop, the contest is currently closed for submissions and the scholarship will be awarded in the near future.
