St. John's Well Child and Family Center in South Los Angeles delivers comprehensive healthcare to on of the nation's poorest communities. The center employs benefits counselors that help people choose their healthcare plans. St. John's counselors aren't certified to enroll anyone in the Affordable Care Act exchanges, but they will be soon.
