Protesters and homeless advocates marched through Skid Row to protest the Safer Cities Initiative but some still think the extra police are a good idea. Political candidates are courting the Latino vote but many of them aren't registered. A new Latino vote drive is trying to change that. And unemployment is up dramatically in California. We took a look at how those numbers are affecting the African American community.
