Protesters against budget cuts to libraries and schools rallied downtown today, and Chris Foy was there to cover it live. The Los Angeles Unified School District settled a lawsuit with the ACLU, agreeing to consider factors besides seniority in firing teachers. Albert Sabate has more on the compromise they reached. A doctor is suing Kaiser Permanente, which he says neglected the care of special
needs patients. Stephanie Guzman and Kyle Tabuena-Frolli have more. Proposition 24 could change the way businesses are taxed - Ariel Edwards-Levy and Julia Gabrick looked at what that means for voters. Four months late, California may finally have a budget. LeTania Kirkland asked an expert whether that will really help the state's financial health. The Figueroa Corridor connects USC and Exposition Park to Downtown, but it's often seen as little more than a thoroughfare. That could change soon - Rachael Lee has more. Plus: Can Los Angeles really exist without cars? Emily Frost and Kaitlin Parker preview an event that aims to find out.

Producer: Ariel Edwards-Levy, Host: LeTania Kirkland, Live Guests: Chris Foy, Candice Brain (ATVN). Featuring instrumental tracks by Beck, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Soulja Boy, Kings of Leon, and Ryan Amen.
