A football team in Los Angeles? The city might be one step closer to that reality. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill today to speed up construction of a 75,000-seat football stadium in the City of Industry. Officials hope it will attract an NFL team and provide new jobs. Also, before dawn today, more than 1,100 law enforcement officials participated in a crackdown against the Rolling 40s gang. Hear what local law enforcement has to say about the raid.
