It was the Big Southern California Shakeout today as Los Angeles prepped for the next big earthquake. We'll look at how prepared USC's emergency staff is to handle a disaster. Home foreclosures are still up across the U.S. and one community group is trying to keep people in their homes for a little bit longer.
