The LA City Council met to discuss budget cuts on neighborhood watch programs. We got reaction from the people upset over the move. We also explain a new L.A. County Sheriff policy that is intended to reduce the use of deadly force by the police. Later in the show, hear USC student reaction on a UCSD party that mocked black history month.
