Democrats are still trying to catch the solitary Republican vote needed to finalize the state budget. In the mean time, Governor Schwarzenegger started proceedings to layoff 20,000 state workers. And attacks on seals are on the rise; one marine wildlife group says fisherman who compete with the seals for fish are responsible for the attacks, find out what they want to do about.
