Criticizing the Department of Water and Power for what he calls faulty business practices, city council member Dennis Zine said its customers might have been over-billed by more than $30,000. Hear the latest as public library officials consider their legal options in dealing with the viewing of pornography on public computers. A bill was approved today that allows local governments in California to opt out a federal program designed to combat illegal immigration. Construction on a skate park began today at the Jackie Tatum Harvard Recreation Center - tune in to find out when it will open.
