The movie The Soloist comes out this weekend. The movie highlights mental health and the homeless. We walk the streets in Los Angeles to talk to some organizations that help people with mental health need and see what is being done. Also in these tough economic times, energy efficiency is key. We look at solar power and some LADWP initiatives that may help more Angelinos save money. Also we take a look at the mayor's new budget and the restoration of one of Los Angeles' most famous museums.
