I am currently enrolled in my third year as a broadcast journalism major at the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. During the past three years, I have had the opportunity to work with ATVN, Trojan Vision, and ARN. I was a host and corresponding reporter for USC's largest entertainment show, "The Scoop". I attended many red carpet events and interviewed numerous celebrities such as Robin Williams, Elijah Wood, Wayne Brady, and other accomplished actors and actresses. I have also worked as a multimedia journalist for ATVN, and have covered many issues in the Los Angeles area.
Outside of school, I work for Fox News Channel. This past summer, I worked in the New York City headquarters for Shepard Smith's Studio B and Fox Report. I was responsible for pitching story ideas, gathering picture and video elements used for live broadcast, helping book and greet guests, and working in the live studio. I also had the opportunity to work outside of the office to assist Fox News Reporter Jonathon Hunt. I currently work at the Fox News Channel Los Angeles Bureau, and assist Anchor Trace Gallagher and Reporter William La Jeunesse.
Students were hands on Monday at the Brainworks Seminar at Cedars-Sinai.
