Help! I can't hear or see anything!
Technical Troubles?
If you're having trouble hearing our live webcast or stories, or viewing our slideshows, please make sure your computer or mobile device meets the following technical requirements. Remember, live webcasts only take place Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00pm-4:20pm while we are in operation. If you are using a desktop computer and click on our "Listen Live" button at any other time, the player will come up, but no sound will come out. We generally do not produce live newscasts during summer sessions, Thanksgiving break, winter break, spring break, finals, or during the first four weeks of each semester.
MAC & WINDOWS USERS
Adobe Flash Player is required to view our slideshows, see our stories' play buttons, and play our live webcast.
iPHONE USERS
The ARN mobile site should be fully functional to iPhone users. You can access our live newscasts on an iPhone by listening to KXSC's live stream (available by the link on the top of the mobile site's pages). Because Adobe Flash does not function on Apple iOS devices, some slideshows will not be viewable on iPhones or iPads.
iPAD USERS
When viewing the ARN website on an iPad, you will not be able to see Adobe Flash-based play buttons or some Flash-based slideshows. To listen to audio stories, press on the title of each story and then press "Click to download/play MP3." To access the live newscast, listen to KXSC's live stream available here.

Come find out how you can be a part of an award-winning news operation and sign up for host auditions at our ARN OPEN HOUSE: Tuesday, January 17, Noon-3 pm. Annenberg Radio News newsroom (In the Digital Lab, G-40). Host Auditions will be held on 1/18 and 1/19 in the newsroom from 1-3 pm. Note: You must sign up ahead of time to audition.
Live shows for Spring 2012 begin Tuesday, February 7!
